Cover your clients with tractor fleets from 1-20 units through Risk Partners’ expanded target criteria:
- Drivers must be 23-70 years of age with a minimum 18 months Class A CDL (regardless of GVW)
- New ventures accepted with very good MVRs and clean loss runs
- Tractors and box trucks up to 15 years old are eligible for liability coverage
- 16-20 year old units must have a certified mechanic or DOT inspection within last 30 days
- General freight, reefer goods, and flatbed freight are acceptable
- Valid DOT number
- Located in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NJ, NM, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WV
The following vehicle and applications are ineligible: dump trucks, auto-haulers, pick-ups, vans, ppts, sand and gravel, moving companies, construction debris, trash, hazardous materials, oversized loads, and towing.
The program is a Risk Retention Group and has purchased a 98% Quota Share Reinsurance Treaty from Technology Insurance Company, Inc., a part of AmTrust Financial Services Inc. Group which is rated A-(Excellent) by A.M. Best with a Financial Size Category of XV and the participation is 100%.
Technology insurance company will also have a cut through endorsement available on those risks requiring an A- rating.
