- Operating in locations that do not include MA, NY, MT, LA, HI, NM, AK, Metro NJ, South FL, South TX, Los Angeles County CA, San Francisco County CA, or Cook County IL
VEHICLES
- Fleets of any size
- Composed of 75% or more light/medium units and 25% or less heavy/extra heavy units
- State filings are acceptable; no federal filings and no MCS 90
CLASSES
• Ambulances (25%+ emergency, minimum 5 units)
• Hospitals (service units, private passenger types, employee shuttles, ambulances OK)
• Truck Driving Schools (5+ units)
• Couriers (No Amazon or Final Mile)
• Hired/Non-Owned (Stand Alone & Bundled)
• Manufacturing
• Construction
• Financial Institutions
• Real Estate Companies
• Cannabis Distributors (no residential)
